Do you use my uploaded audio to train any AI model?
No. That's the entire privacy claim this site makes about uploaded audio, and the only one — see Privacy for the full policy.
How long do you keep my uploaded audio?
Original uploads are kept for 24 hours by default, then deleted automatically. A reference track uploaded for comparison (see Reference Mastering) is kept for only 2 hours — deliberately shorter, since it's never needed beyond that one comparison. A purchased mastered file or set of stems is kept for 7 days so you have time to download it. You can also delete your own upload and any resulting output yourself, at any time, from the tool's page — you don't have to wait for these windows.
How accurate are the free calculators compared to a real measurement?
They're genuinely calculated from real acoustic formulas — not decorative — but they're geometry-only starting points, not a substitute for measuring your actual room. See Methodology for exactly which formula each calculator uses and its known limitations, and Disclaimer for what these tools are not a substitute for. Where a real measurement disagrees with a calculated number, trust the measurement.
Is AI vocal/stem separation perfect?
No — it's genuinely good on typical modern production, but it's a statistical estimate, not a perfect physical un-mixing. Dense arrangements and heavily processed vocals separate less cleanly than a simple vocal-over-band recording. Will AI Mastering sound like a professional mastering engineer worked on my track?
It runs a real, measurable signal chain — loudness normalization and true-peak-safe limiting toward a specific documented target per profile (see How Loud Should a Master Be?) — but it doesn't make the creative EQ/dynamics judgment calls a human engineer listening to your specific track would make, and it can't fix problems already in the mix it's given. Do the free tools require an account?
No. The Room Mode Calculator, Speaker Placement Planner, RT60 Calculator, and the free tier of Track Analyzer all run with no account and no time limit — this isn't a crippled trial. An account is only needed to see your paid order and job history in one place across visits.
What's your refund policy?
